What if the life you want to live is buried under all your stuff? What if you could learn to love the home you have instead of dreaming about a someday place? What if I told you it was possible to simplify your life and enjoy the time you spend in your home instead of wasting hours every week maintaining it?
- Do you desperately want more quality time with your family?
- Do you want to love the house you’re in?
- Do you find yourself wishing you could live a more intentional, simplified life?
- Do you wish you could slow your home- enjoy your time in it and not just constantly be working on it?
- Do you dream of having more time to pursue your hobbies and passions?
- Do you want a life more reflective of your priorities?
There’s more to life than the constant busyness. More to a home than the never-ending to-do list of chores. More than keeping up with the mess and the stress.
How do I know? Because I have been there.
Back in 2010, I started simplifying my finances. I knew I would want the option to stay home when my husband Ryan and I had kids one day, so we made choices along the way that supported that option. We planned, budgeted, and made sacrifices, like buying a foreclosure instead of a move-in ready house and purchasing used cars instead of new. In 2012, we became debt free….and in 2020 we set our eyes on our mortgage!!
As I learned more and more about budgeting and living with less, my eyes were opened to the idea of minimalism. I began to desire a life focused on my priorities and family and less focused on material goods. I read books, followed bloggers, listened to podcasts, and watched documentaries. Slowly I began transforming my life from one focused on stuff to one focused on my priorities.
I’m also passionate about making our house a home. No matter where we travel, or how long we are gone, there’s always something special about coming home. Home is not just an address. It’s a place to get away from the rest of the world. A sanctuary where love is cultivated and grows. It’s a place where we can feel grounded, comfortable, and at peace. I love decluttering a space down to its bones and then DIY’ing it into a beautiful room that accomplishes its purpose in style.
I know you are ready to ditch the overwhelm and embrace a life of less. You’re ready to create a beautiful home that promotes peace and connection, without all the stuff.
You are here because you are ready to simplify your lifestyle and craft a home that brings you peace. I’m here to help you achieve it.
